With more than twenty-five years coaching and mentoring individuals, leadership teams and executives, alongside board-level commercial leadership, she understands both the human and organisational challenges of modern life.

A qualified practitioner in Positive Psychology, Toni combines evidence-based thinking with executive coaching, leadership development and strategic insight. She is passionate about helping people and organisations perform sustainably—not through relentless pressure, but by building healthier habits, stronger cultures and mentally fit leaders.

Her gift is translating science into practical tools that improve performance, wellbeing and organisational success.

Sophia Roddan is a qualified mindfulness teacher, educator, artist and wellbeing mentor with a deeply compassionate and creative approach to her work. With a background in Fine Art, nursing, education, and holistic wellbeing, she has spent many years supporting children, young people, adults, and vulnerable communities through creativity, mindfulness, and therapeutic practice.

Sophia currently works in education delivering 1-1 and group Drawing and Talking sessions alongside mindfulness and wellbeing for children, teenagers, and adults. She is also a Health and Wellbeing Mentor and  specialises in emotional support, neurodiversity, and creative therapeutic approaches.

Previously, Sophia developed and led inclusive art and creativity programmes for MIND East Devon, working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, safeguarding concerns, and rehabilitation from secure settings. Her workshops created safe, welcoming spaces focused on connection, confidence, and creative expression, with participant exhibitions held at Exeter Phoenix Art Centre. Her programme was later recommended for adoption more widely across the UK.

Alongside her educational and therapeutic work, Sophia co-runs wellbeing retreats, facilitates art and music workshops and is a teacher of yoga Nidra. She is also a qualified aromatherapy masseuse, and trained Drawing and Talking Practitioner.

Sophia is a saxophonist performing with the Britannia Royal Naval College Concert Band, swing and jazz ensembles, as well as local community music groups. She is also a poet, writer, and visual artist whose work has been featured by The Guardian and Plymouth College of Art.

Sophia brings warmth, intuition, humour, creativity, and genuine care into all aspects of her work, with a strong belief in the healing power of community, mindfulness, music, and art.

Why Our Partnership Works

Individually, we bring different strengths.

Together, we create something neither of us could build alone.

Sophia brings empathy, creativity, mindfulness, education and therapeutic communication.

Toni brings leadership, coaching, behavioural science, strategy, governance and commercial expertise.

Together we bridge two worlds:

Human wellbeing.

Organisational performance.

That combination is our competitive advantage.

Our Philosophy

We don’t ask people to slow down.

We teach them how to think better.

We don’t teach mindfulness as an end in itself.

We use mindfulness as one evidence-based tool within a broader mental fitness framework.

Every programme is practical.

Every exercise has a purpose.

Every participant leaves with techniques they can immediately apply in daily life.

The Science

Everything we do is grounded in research from:

  • Mindfulness
  • Positive Psychology
  • Neuroscience
  • Behavioural Science
  • Habit Formation
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Performance Psychology

Our programmes are evidence-informed, accessible and measurable.
