With over 10 years of experience in the education and charity sectors supporting the wellbeing of adults and young people. Through Gemma Marshall Wellbeing she offers 1:1 coaching, workshops, groups and mindfulness, supporting people to make positive changes that enhance their wellbeing and help them feel more connected to themselves and others.
Gemma is passionate about the benefits of nature connection and its positive impact on our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. She also have extensive experience facilitating groups and creating welcoming spaces where people feel safe, supported and able to connect, learn and grow.
She has particular expertise in supporting unpaid and parent carers, neurodiverse individuals and people living with chronic health conditions, drawing on both professional and lived experience to offer understanding, empathy and practical support.
Gemma’s approach is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel well, supported and empowered.

Sophia Roddan is a qualified mindfulness teacher, educator, artist and wellbeing mentor with a deeply compassionate and creative approach to her work. With a background in Fine Art, nursing, education, and holistic wellbeing, she has spent many years supporting children, young people, adults, and vulnerable communities through creativity
Sophia Roddan is a qualified mindfulness teacher, educator, artist and wellbeing mentor with a deeply compassionate and creative approach to her work. With a background in Fine Art, nursing, education, and holistic wellbeing, she has spent many years supporting children, young people, adults, and vulnerable communities through creativity, mindfulness, and therapeutic practice.
Sophia currently works in education delivering 1-1 and group Drawing and Talking sessions alongside mindfulness and wellbeing for children, teenagers, and adults. She is also a Health and Wellbeing Mentor and specialises in emotional support, neurodiversity, and creative therapeutic approaches.
Previously, Sophia developed and led inclusive art and creativity programmes for MIND East Devon, working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, safeguarding concerns, and rehabilitation from secure settings. Her workshops created safe, welcoming spaces focused on connection, confidence, and creative expression, with participant exhibitions held at Exeter Phoenix Art Centre. Her programme was later recommended for adoption more widely across the UK.
Alongside her educational and therapeutic work, Sophia co-runs wellbeing retreats, facilitates art and music workshops and is a teacher of yoga Nidra. She is also a qualified aromatherapy masseuse, and trained Drawing and Talking Practitioner.
A passionate creative, Sophia is a saxophonist performing with the Britannia Royal Naval College Concert Band, swing and jazz ensembles, as well as local community music groups. She is also a poet, writer, and visual artist whose work has been featured by The Guardian and Plymouth College of Art.
Sophia brings warmth, intuition, humour, creativity, and genuine care into all aspects of her work, with a strong belief in the healing power of community, mindfulness, music, and art.

As the founder of Minds That Work and co-founder of MenoMinds, she has worked with organisations and individuals across the UK, delivering practical wellbeing programmes that combine evidence-based psychology with mindfulness practice.
Victoria first discovered mindfulness during a particularly stressful period in her own life and quickly experienced its transformative impact. Since then, mindfulness has become a cornerstone of both her personal wellbeing and professional work. She is passionate about helping others develop simple, sustainable mindfulness practices that reduce stress, improve focus, and create greater calm and balance in everyday life.
Known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, Victoria creates supportive spaces where people can explore mindfulness in a way that feels accessible, practical and meaningful.
