Who this suits
People who need physical input alongside words, and anyone who fidgets.

When to use it
Useful during agitation or when energy needs somewhere to go.

A note on the approach
Tapping gives the nervous system rhythmic input while the mantra runs alongside it. Both are optional and can be adjusted independently, so the practice still works if one element stops being helpful.

You're invited to arrive in this practice in whatever way feels right for you. You might be sitting, standing, lying down, or moving gently. There's no correct posture. If at any point you want to pause, stop, or change what you're doing, that's completely okay. You are in charge of this experience.
