Who this suits
Anyone who cannot lie on the floor, including wheelchair users and people with limited mobility.
When to use it
Anywhere with a chair — at a desk, in a waiting room, mid-session.
A note on the approach
A full chair-based version rather than a set of modifications bolted onto a floor practice. Every stage is written for a seated body from the start, so nothing needs translating on the fly.
You're invited to begin this practice seated in a chair in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. Your feet might be on the floor, or they might be tucked back or resting differently — there's no need to change them unless you want to. You can lean back, sit upright, or perch forward. You're welcome to move, adjust, or stop at any point. This practice is yours to adapt.
