Who this suits
People for whom “notice what you feel” tends to surface something difficult.
When to use it
Useful on low days, and in the aftermath of stress.
A note on the approach
This practice looks for something that feels even slightly okay rather than asking for calm or positivity. Neutral counts. If nothing feels good, that is explicitly allowed, which makes it safer than practices that quietly expect a pleasant outcome.
In this practice, we will gently explore what feels good for you in this moment. There is no pressure to feel a certain way, and there is no right or wrong experience. You get to choose where your attention goes, and you can stop, pause, or change anything at any time. Your eyes can stay open, closed, or softly focused — whatever helps you feel safest and most comfortable.
