Who this suits
Anyone who finds touch settling, and people working with self-compassion.

When to use it
Useful for distress, before sleep, or as a short reset.

A note on the approach
Every movement is optional and reversible, with clear permission to stop immediately. That matters: touch-based practice can be soothing for some people and intrusive for others, and the difference is not always predictable in advance.

In this practice, we will explore simple soothing touch. Everything here is optional. You can try one movement, several movements, or none at all. You get to decide what feels comfortable, safe, or soothing. You can stop, pause, or change the practice anytime. Your eyes can be open or closed — whatever helps you feel most at ease.
