Who this suits
People who find imagery helpful, and anyone looking for a sense of steadiness rather than relaxation.

When to use it
Useful during periods of change, or when emotions feel fast-moving.

A note on the approach
The image is offered lightly. Some people see a mountain clearly, some get only a vague sense, and the script works either way. It also names something most versions leave out: if you are feeling stuck rather than settled, the idea of being immovable can land badly, and the practice gives you an explicit way out.

This practice uses the image of a mountain. If imagery doesn't come easily to you, that's genuinely fine. Some people see pictures clearly, some get a vague sense, and some get nothing visual at all and work with the idea instead. All of those work here.
